Confused!

The chap came to do the survey early afternoon .... he was rather surprised by the listings on the old survey as he couldn't find a fire in the living room either! Lol

With the survey 'done & dusted' we decided we had enough time to have a walk as it was a lovely afternoon :-)

We had a walked part of the way 'up the road' then wandered around in the wood ..... spotted this poor confused tree .... it had both flowers & berries as you can see!
