There's been a lot of sea blips recently, obvs I have a picture of the sea today but also one of my post swim dinner so it's getting the nod. Salt and pepper tofu, crispy chickpeas and salad fyi.

A working day bookended with a morning and evening swim. With an impromptu visit in the middle from my favourite sister who was in between meetings. No idea what else happened but the swimming was lovely. And Clare's visit obvs.
