Part of the background

Headed out on a walk after 5 pm. Even last week I would have finished the walk in darkness.

The thrush was what caught my attention. It did not remain still for more than a few seconds. Lacking sharpness of image, relegation to the background was to be expected.

The flower in my extra for today was seen in a tree in someone's front yard.
