Whitefish Wednesday 2013

Wild, black morel mushrooms in abundance. Stuffed with cheese, adorning pizzas, mixed with pasta and sauteed in butter. Spreads - avocado, cheese, salsa. And of course smoked Great Lakes Whitefish. Add in two parts wine and beer, and two parts fun people. It's a party.
