Yoga progress photo on VERO  : Truth be told, am often a little disappointed by how slow my progress is and yet when I saw the self-timed photo two years ago and created a diptych with this morning's self-timed shot, it makes me proud to have gone a little farther and for not giving up.

Five years ago, I adopted the motto : Eat, sleep, shoot, repeat. 
Now, am changing it to pause, marvel, shoot, repeat.
