Wild flowers by the canal

Wow!

An unbelievably hot day navigating this 45 foot barge along the canal. This photo was at the first town we stopped at for lunch. There were long stretches of these wild flowers. So pretty. We are stopped for the night under some shady trees which received thousands of starlings at sunset. They flew about in their millions before diving down into our trees. Luckily the other side of the canal!!!!
