Bare Essentials

I've been burying my head in the sand as to all the things I need to get... it feels so overwhelming I don't know where to start! I went with mum to Waitrose and got a few bits this evening, and felt a bit better. The rest of the bits Little Ro got for me from the pharmacy in France when she was there a couple of weeks back.
