Tuesday: Sikaffy

I had to do a trip up to Belize City this morning for possibly one of the shortest meetings ever.  It was something I knew would be quick but which had to be done face to face.  So a drive of over an hour each way for a 15 minute meeting.  Still, I did manage to get to a supermarket and buy some Idaho potatoes for tonight’s dinner.

On which, we had my US colleague and partner round for dinner.  K made roast lamb - it was fabulous.  It was a great evening.  It’s also comforting to know that Michelle, my US colleague, shares similar challenges and we can share.
