DOG-EARED
The Tiny Tuesday theme is " paper ". I had a rummage and found a few things which were interesting --- but not tiny. So Ive blipped an old, small dictionary . Its from 1942 and measures 3" by 2". It belonged to my late husband. I think he used it at school.( he would have been 14 in 1942 ). Thanks to MaryElizaR for hosting.
I had to stay at home for most of the day as I was waiting for a delivery.... another 3 months supply of my osteoporosis injections. They come from The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and need to be refrigerated immediately. The delivery driver arrived around 4pm.
I decided to nip to The Co-op. Got the bus there and intended walking home. It was raining by now but I didn't mind as I had my brolly with me. However I was spotted in the Co-op by my neighbour Lizzie and she offered to give me a lift home. So my shopping trolley was loaded into her car boot and in a few mins we were home. So in the end I wasn't out of the house very long at all.
Since the rain started its got steadily worse and its turned into a wet and chilly evening.
