Everything was so loud in my head. I was so unnerved and in a bad mood after work. Then I took Willow and Djeili out for a little evening hack, and everything went quiet and we relaxed. 

Willi was so motivated with his little sister running in front of us, and Djeili was very energetic today. When we turned around the corner onto a grassy path, Djeili zoomed past us, Willow asked, and I said yes, and so we raced along for a bit.
