Firing

cannonballs at Mondays. First day back after holidays and it's hot. Got a new child settled in which was all good. Tried and failed to sort out my Railcard. I forgot to put a number in when I paid and the system thinks I haven't paid. I waited in a q for ages to be given an email address. Found a salad bowl in a unlikely place. Monday has been mostly harmless.
