Lancaster Castle

An early train to Lancaster this morning to attend the RLI for a hospital appointment.  We took an earlier train than strictly necessary but, with regular train cancellations, it's good to have extra time built into the plan.  Being quite early in the city enabled us to breakfast at the Whaletail Cafe.

Appointment was over in about 5 minutes and then a wander around the shops before the train home.  The one we intended to return on was cancelled so we came slightly earlier than planned.  Rain held off until we got home, too.
