Feral pigeon

Today we had rain, then heavier rain, then thunder and lightning and torrential rain and a gale.  This brought some small birds to the feeders, so some seed was dropped for the pigeons.  The extra is one of the small birds - a goldfinch with a strange-looking beak.  It did brighten up later in the day, and the wind helped everything to dry again.
