Ragwort

seems to be growing everywhere this year, nice yellow flowers, but not a popular plant in view of it being poisonous to livestock, particularly horses.
Remember a relative saying at one time the Perthshire farm he worked on got a grant to cut it back every year. Really good for pollinators though, wonder if the honey has a bit of a kick to it, so to speak.
