this is what happens - when your head rages - at you consistently for - several days with no relief - instead of screaming which - is a human response - because your head feels - as though it’s in a vise - and truly it would - startle the boo - i turn to my trusty - fallback of wonderful coloring - i have many books - from which to choose - plus a variety of unfinished - projects that lay in - a pile waiting patiently - for me to take - that final step with them

however i started fresh - since none of those - included an abstract - and that was what i - wished to complete on this day - there’s something about - an abstract which allows - your brain to sort of - go blank and not - have to make a lot - of decisions and when your - head is raging that - just works best - once completed, i decided to faff - just a tiny bit - then wrap a frame - around it to call it…
