One week

Every Sunday I fill my seven little coloured boxes with the pills I will (have to) take the coming week. Filling the whole badge takes me a couple of minutes, including the proper disposal of empty cardboard boxes and blisters.
This is so much easier than having the different pill boxes somewhere near the dining table and selecting the pills for that time. And it also helps to see when it is time to order a new prescription and get new pills from the pharmacy.
