Hot!

Took W & bike to Preston Station. He rode up to Oxenholme and met a uni friend. They rode about 60 miles through Sedburgh, Dent and Ingleton. He was very happy when he got home. I returned home and did my country route via Chipping and Inglewhite. I called in to see J and J who are still finishing off their house. So hot! I sat in the garden for a while when I got back. Jobs need doing but couldn’t be done. Made W a big tea (60 miles worth) and have been watching the Olympics closing ceremony.
