Labyrinth
A walk to the allotment this morning to show my sister and family the plot. Whilst there we harvested some vegetables and fruit for them to take home. They don’t visit often so this was a special thing to do. Whilst there I mislaid my keys which I’d hung on a post whilst digging up leeks. I found them 45 minutes later after a lot of searching.
This afternoon I’ve been washing and cleaning and generally sorting out the house now that the family gathering is over. I then briefly visited the village horticultural show. It was a perfect day for it and plenty of people were at the village hall enjoying the exhibits, and having tea and cake on the lawn. I spent the rest of the afternoon harvesting and weeding at the allotment. It was a warm 28 degrees so I took plenty of breaks in the shade.
Apologies for another dahlia blip but this one called Labyrinth has just come into bloom and it one of the few photos I took today.
Hoping your Sunday has been a good one.
