A fine crop

T's tomatoes are doing well this year after a slow start. The same cannot be said from my turnips, carrots or beetroots !  However we will enjoy some more of peas tonight along with the potatoes from the first lot T has lifted. 

I have focused on completing my inductions tasks for An Cùrsa Adhartais which officially starts tomorrow.  This included sending in a picture for my student card (I'm looking forward to having the choice of using either that or my National Entitlement Card for discounts !) which in turn involved learning how to remove the background of a photo.  I also downloaded Audacity, recorded a sound file  so that the course team can check the quality etc will be OK for an audio assessments I have to submit. Finally I wrote a few words about myself for the discussion board. 

We get access to the learning materials tomorrow and I;m looking forward to getting to grips with the first module.
