At the River Early This Morning…

……. I felt well enough to take Maisie for a walk down to the river. The last walk I did was Wednesday afternoon when it took me 45 Minutes to cover two kms. I was soooo slow.
Alas my today’s Covid-19 antigen test was strongly positive. So I am still infectious. As is friend Dawn. I will continue to hunker down for a few more days. Today’s Gratitude; Being able to enjoy a fresh, sunny, morning walk with Maisie, avoiding other folk as we walked.
