Up and out for the drive home, home by just after 11. I am def getting used to that drive which is a good thing - gives me more options in the future. Rosie supplied a good 9/10 welcome, Will and Jay were painting the garden wall, nice chats with everyone then back to work for the afternoon.

Swimming at 5 and Worthing is providing the less lovely sea swimming experience. High winds, lots of seaweed and churned up waves. Not the most lovely of experiences but as ever nice to bob about, especially after three days of sitting down. Random pasta dinner and an early night.
