Sea Holly

Started off this morning dull and overcast, and I contemplated whether to put out my washing to dry. However, the forecast had not said we would have rain, so I put it out to dry, I like the nice fresh smell of clothes dried out of doors. The forecast was right, no rain, and it got sunny at about eleven in the morning, although it clouded over again later. And that pattern continued all day, some sun, some cloud, and cooler than yesterday, but not by any means cold, above average for the time of year.

The sea holly is now in flower, one of my favourite plants, we have had this for a few years now, and I love the metallic sheen of it.

Got the girls coming tonight, so better go organise the drinks!!!!
