Strange Beauty
The thing I like most about "blipping" is that you begin to see the beauty in simple and unexpected places. I find myself looking for those things and those moments that will capture my feelings or speak to my day. This blip was snapped as I was walking to my car after work. I was on the lookout for my picture of the day. Across the street from my office is a beautiful victorian house that has been slowly slipping into a sad state of disrepair. Leaning against the dilapitated garage was the inside of an old organ, sprouting up in the weeds and harkening back to it's glory days, just like the house it came from. Simple and unexpected...I like that.
Sidenote: Uneventful day. Same routine, different day...gym, work, daycare, dinner, play with Norah, bathtime, cryFEST, bottle (my favorite for the snuggles), naptime, prepare for tomorrow, blip, and hit the hay. Thankful for a great husband and glad that Mazie is on the mend after a mysterious tail injury.
