Cutting a Swathe

There is a big field behind our garden which has been left fallow for the last few years. There are a couple of proper footpaths around and across it but others have appeared and it is a very handy spot to walk the dogs.

I noticed the farmer had cut a few large bits out of it so we went to investigate. They’ve now cut about about a third of it back. I wondering they are going to sow a crop, hopefully it was just a bit of a tidy up.

This is about it for excitement today, gout still annoying and I’m half way through the drugs. I helped Alf with his car for a bit. We played some cards…..
