Walk at Cardinham woods

Training with Keely first thing this morning, then met my friend for a walk at Cardinham.
She suddenly found herself free as her husband (a policeman) had been called in to work because of the recent riots.
We had a very hot sweaty walk as it was so humid, the dogs had plenty of river stops.
We sat in the drizzle with a cup of coffee and Dina climbed over to give my friend a big kiss
