Dead Tulip - version II

I first showed this alleppo tulip when it was alive and kicking in a montage on 9th May this year HERE. I followed that up with an interior shot on 26th May HERE. A few days later when it had clearly died on 2nd June I included it in a group shot of three dead tulips HERE. This is my final offering and in some ways I feel it shows the tulip at its most beautiful. It only goes to show that dead flowers can be as wonderful as the ones that are alive if only we are willing to wait and conserve them. Definitely worth seeing LARGE
