The Frogs Are Happy

Well the storm that came through yesterday let us know we had a leak in the spare bathroom.  It has an exhaust fan in the ceiling and water is dripping through the cap on the roof.  We had to call someone who came out same day and looked at it and now there's a tarp covering it until it can be repaired properly.
