Can you see them?

On the way to the hippodrome the dog got all excited at the fence and had clearly smelt something interesting to his doggy nose. A few metres along it became apparent what he was interested in. If you look carefully at the centre of this building site you will see some goats that are eating the vegetation. When I took this picture I didn't see anyone accompanying them so I did think its strange to find goats in the centre of town on a building site, but on later visits I did see a goatherd with them.
