A great view …..

…. ….. ….. on a rather dreary chilly day; still an enjoyable walk though. Another frost. More forecast.

I’ve done a couple of heavy jobs today, and used the brace on my wrist/thumb, then took it off again. It’s working well. Same with our walk up Tobins Track. I used the small brace with my walking poles and that worked well too. Marvellous!

It’s been so exciting watching our Kiwi athletes performing in the Paris Olympics. Dame Lisa Carrington has been making outstanding contributions, together with Alicia Hoskins and Aimee Fischer, plus the other women paddlers - they’re amazing. Our other athletes are incredible too - so proud of them all!
