Jet trails

We went for a morning walk in the sunshine. Lovely morning outside. 

This afternoon I have been busy preparing for an influx. Both local families came for dinner. I’m not used to cooking for lots of people, you need to get out bigger pots and try to work out quantities. I have never wanted to own a restaurant or work in one and glad it wall worked out well. Charlie had 5 (yes 5) serves of the main course. He took birthday cake home for later. They all eat early so that suited us, now they have all left and we have some quiet time. Of course it was great having them all to visit.
