Gateway to the Dolomites

2 lakes on the program today.

The first one we visited was Lago di Dobbiaco a.k.a. Toblacher See (photo).
This location (actually based in Süd Tirol) is known as the gateway to the Dolomites. Stunning views here.
The second one was Lago di Landro a.k.a. Dünnersee. In this one Bas and Daan took a swim. (see the extra section)

The area keeps amazing me. It beautiful here everywhere you look.
Majestic mountains all around.

Technics: The photo was taken around 13:00, with very very harsh light. As a landscape photographer that hurts... but since this is a family holiday, this is what it is.
I do need to come back here for landscapes only. Sometime... Who wants to join???
