A visit to the Airport (Fahrt II)

This time a planned visit to the airport, picnic basket, folding chairs and all.

Went to the southern viewing mound again, and stayed awhile until we became bored with the heat and hoi polloi.
Truth was, whilst sporting a squitty 55-200mm F3.5-4.8 outfit, I felt so inadequate amongst the "photographic flâneurs" whose lenses, the size of a small jet engine, could focus on the nostril hair of a QueasyJet pilot from a distance of 534.4m, and probably cost as much as the debt I currently find m’good self in. I had to leave the mound.

A decision was then made to visit nearby Erding (home of Erdinger Bier) for a McDonald’s Coke … and a walk around the pretty town centre.
