Throwback Thursday…..looking back, I posted a series of seven photos April 30, 2020 and this was my favorite. The night heron had caught a fish, flew up to the back porch and proceeded to toss it around to get it in the right position to swallow! I can report he did indeed swallow the fish whole and then stood on the back of the chair majestically quite proud of himself.
