Sto:lo

Not the best photo, but for my own record they are 17ft tall and were hand carved in place at the Chilliwack tourisist office on the Trans Canada Hwy. The sybolism is in the pose, Welcome.

According to 'tinternet, Sto:lo  means "People of the river"
Pronunciation: Sounds like STALL-oh.
