Persevere

This caught my eye this morning walking to the office in Leith. It is apparently the Leith Coat Of Arms. If felt apt to my day, I seem to have a low level bug as I'm just not quite right and not quite ill. I thought yesterday I'd shaken it but today could have slept as soon as I shut my eyes ( even whilst walking I think ;)) I am totally and utterly rubbish at being ill. I lose patience with my self and find lack of energy extremely frustrating. 
It started a beautifully sunny day and by the time I travelled home was pouring down. Definitely a mixed summer this year.
