Escape . . .

I was a bit late for the morning walk.  Morning breezy with warm sunshine.

After breakfast packed my panniers with clothes, books and other items destined for the charity shop. Two panniers full and a box if shoes secured to the bike rack.  Dropped a bag of clothes, shoes and books to Oxfam and some to the RSPCA.  Then dropped a large bag of assorted books the Amnesty bookshop.  I still have another large bag to go and some random items to the textiles bin.

Various changes to the house such as new bathroom and fitted wardrobes meant of clothes in storage in special boxes and zip-up storage bags.  Sifting through to keep-let go is what's been occurring this week.

Back home packing books from a bookshelf in the box room.   In amongst were saved items such as guides for Paris and York kept from  eons ago BD - before dogs, farewell cards from various jobs and a school photo from one of the schools I worked in.  Our recycling bin is full to the brim.  It's not over yet.  Nearly 40 years of accumulation.

Estate agent coming tomorrow to value.  Hence the need to start clearing.

Pretty tired now so it's something sedentary and relaxing now.

Pleasant evening everyone.
