Ripening Brambles

Not big enough, not ripe enough, not sweet enough but there is still plenty of time for the berries to be ready for picking.

A dry morning so after a walk I spent some time in the garden cutting back the greenery from my many Pulsatilla plants ..... another black sack filled. It has been raining quite lightly for most of the afternoon.
