The Tie that Binds

This is the sash from the bathrobe I gave my mom for Christmas in 2001.  She wore it just a few months before she died in 2002.  I took it back and wore it for the next 21 years before it finally wore out.  I kept the sash though and it has been what I’ve used since coming home from the hospital to help lift my foot.  I had a very good PT session yesterday and she said I’ve made excellent progress and may even be able to ditch the walker on Friday!  Yay!
