Bad Parking

The driver of the truck has reserved parking meters while doing some construction work at one of the nearby buildings. BUT does that mean he can park so badly? The park is normal car size with front line just out of the photo by the meter and the back line is under the rear wheels! I wonder if he will get a parking ticket like one of my colleagues did for being about 4 inches hanging over a front line.
Not that I was feeling grumpy today, just saying:-)
