DRAGON FRUIT CACTUS FLOWER

I have posted this kind of flower before, but
this Blip shows what the CACTUS looks
like. It is located in my neighbors side garden, and it is trying to climb over the
fence to mine. It is a prickly interloper!

Here is another plant that is flowering profusely, during our brutally hot August.
Last year, my neighbor gave me one of
the beautiful fruit.

Last night, I got a very frightening alert on my phone, that an earthquake had occurred in the county northeast of us. I felt nothing, but other neighbors did & my daughter
44 miles (78K) south of here, also felt it.
At 5.2 it was
the strongest in many years.

I hope it was a one of a kind occurrence…
