The Pound

After an invigorating walk along the ridge at Lyth Hill, we stopped at a glorious pub called The Pound, where we had a reviving pot of tea in the pretty little garden.

The pub is a beautiful thatched building and is magnificently bedecked with floral tubs and hanging baskets, all apparently provided by a local gentleman who does it for fun.

Clever guy, it looks amazing.

After tea we drove home, stopping only to collect a Chinese takeaway away from Craven Arms 

All very sociable and a nice end to a nice day.
