I'm pleased to be able to say that rioting has calmed down across the country today. Apparently 100 places were expecting trouble  but lots of people have been on the streets supporting anti racist views. This has quelled the actions of the rioters. I'm hoping this is the last we will see of and disorder. 
Lots of places in Sunderland closed this afternoon.
