Bee in the machair Highland Stoneware

This is the piece of Highland Stoneware that I bought from the Bethany shop last month. It wasn't until I photographed it that I realised that sand and sea are depicted in the design.

I went to the gym this morning and yardened in the afternoon. On the way to the gym, I called at the post office to send Helen's 60th birthday present to Cardiff. At the time I was the only customer there and so enjoyed the full attention of the post master. He is such a lovely man. 

I fear that I have become an Olympics orphan/widow :-(

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; strength training; swim (30 lengths); walking (~15k steps).
