Reflecting Promise !

Today was the day I've been looking forward to for so long, for months. I not only did the knee exercises at home, but also walked down the road to the corner and back home again. And then! I walked both ways on the beach. I didn't just stroll, I walked! I haven't had a walk like that for maybe 14 months. Yay oh yay! It's not sore tonight either.

The light on the beach was absolutely amazing, as mpp26 showed in her blip today. Although I found beautiful scenes too, I couldn't resist blipping this rainbow. It seems like a celebration image!
