Another long day but this time it was a mistake by the customer. By the time I signed the paperwork, the customer apologized to me. After I thanked them for that I added "I have been holding a steering wheel longer than you have been on this planet, things happen." A wide smile came across the customers face.

One thing for sure that this job is teaching me, argue for the small things, fight for the big things but let most things go...
