Another hectic day!
Foodbank this morning - our team was a bit smaller due to illness but we were very quiet. We are usually much quieter in the summer - we think probably clients can get cash in hand jobs over the busy holiday season.
Got home just before we had our new washing machine delivered and the old one taken away - fantastic service from a local company. Only ordered our new one yesterday.
A while later a plumber arrived to fit our new hand basin in our en suite - finally. Very relieved to have that done. The job took longer than we thought as the whole cabinet had to be replaced - hence we went through insurance.
Immediately after that we rushed out to go to the golf club in town to pick up a lovely cheque for Foodbank - we are very grateful to our local Lions group who do so much fundraising for local charities.
Finally into town for a walk along the prom and harbour. The evening sun was gorgeous.
