Alfredo

Tofu shrimp alfredo and salad.

It's been a while since I last made tofu "alfredo." The sauce is just silken tofu, enough milk to blend it, and seasoning. It works surprisingly well (I was introduced to the basic recipe at a cooking demo at a plant nursery when I was a teenager).
