crab apple

Today was a hot day here , I had many thing to do around the house so did not get time for a swim. I did take a few minutes for a walk.

I saw the crab apples by the lake and remember talking to someone about the history of the lake. About 40 years ago a developer came in with this idea to dam up a creek and create a lake which we have today. The creek at the time was surrounded by an apple orchard. and this shot is likely a left over from that time.
