Central Coast Sundown
This is the view looking north of the sunset colored horizon from our front windows.
We enjoyed a long slow morning - loved it - lots of overcast which kept the temp cool. In early afternoon we put the three k9s in their crates and the two of us headed out to do a couple tasks.
We stopped at the Post Office to mail an envelope; then the seniors' thrift shop so Mr. Fun could look for music bargains in the CD section and I found one long sleeve shirt; then on to Morro Bay to stop into a few more thrift stores where he found some significant bargains and I found two "Revere Ware" skillets with copper bottoms, and they were inexpensive. I was thrilled.
Then we stopped at MacDonald's for an ice cream cone; and finally a stop at Spencer's Market where we stocked-up on some needed groceries.
We arrived home and pretty quickly I busied myself making tacos for dinner while Mr. Fun transferred the CDs he had purchased to his computer.
It's been a really good first long day back on the Central Coast.
Good Night from California's Central Coast.
