Guilty pleasures

So Katie got invited to a preview of ‘Six by Nico’s latest menu and was allowed to bring along a guest. I was that guest. So we’ve spent the last three hours enjoying a taster menu of ‘affordable’ fine dining with paired wines for free. Very enjoyable!
Katie is a real foodie and knows her stuff. I was just along for the ride . I enjoyed most of it. We had to critique everything as we went along. My favourite course was the dessert - “Warm cookie dough” - hazelnut and chocolate cookie, summer raspberry, praline cremeux, vanilla espuma! Yum!
